2. How your enquiry is handled

When you submit an acquisition brief via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp, the information provided is transmitted directly to our advisory principals. We use this data exclusively to evaluate your mandate and communicate directly with you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to property developers, brokers, financial institutions, or external marketing lists under any circumstances.

3. Data retention and deletion

Client details, mandate briefs, and diligence correspondence are held in secure, encrypted records for the duration of the professional relationship. You have the right at any time to request a complete copy or immediate deletion of your records by writing to contact@acrementum.com.

Nothing contained on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or commitment to sell any specific property, security, or investment contract. Real estate and physical land holdings in India are illiquid and carry inherent title, agricultural, regulatory, environmental, and market risks.

Acrementum does not guarantee capital appreciation, rental yield, conversion timelines, or secondary market liquidity. Every prospective acquisition must be evaluated on its own merits under independent legal, tax, and technical counsel.

2. Independent diligence & documentation

Any illustrative figures, sourcing percentages, corridor diagrams, or architectural drawings on this site are schematic and explanatory in nature. Binding rights and obligations arise solely upon the mutual execution of formal, written legal agreements and registered conveyance deeds.

3. Structural separation of RERA operations

Acrementum operates as an independent advisory firm for secondary real estate, agricultural land, NA development plots, and private land syndication. New construction developments, primary builder projects, and pre-launch allotments are advised and executed exclusively by Eishaan Bharadwaj personally, holding individual registration under MahaRERA A52100037314.

4. Governing law and jurisdiction

All advisory relationships, agreements, and online interactions are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
